Right after the recent hail storm, I was inundated with several roofing companies asking to do a roof inspection. We had one of ASI's project managers, Ted Wagner out for a roof and gutter inspection thru a referral to my wife from my in-laws. Ted came over at the end of September and wrote up a report for February 2024 hail damage to roof and gutters so we could submit a claim thru State Farm insurance. Due to the southern state hurricanes and local ongoing hail claims here in Illinois, State Farm was a month behind in getting adjusters to homes. We had an adjuster make the inspection, but most insurance companies won't approve almost all claims on a roof over 10-15 years old unless the hail was golf ball size and literally punched holes in the roofing materials at 100 mph winds. I was told I had $2500 worth of "soft metal" damage, but my deductible is $3000...I'm upside down at that point, how convenient for the multi-billion dollar insurance company!So NO GO on the claim, but we needed the work done. Ted came back with a very good out-of-pocket deal, work started two weeks after we signed contract and paid 1/2 down. A few days delay between start to completion due to weather issues, plus we needed most of the roofing 4 x 8 plywood base sheets replaced due to rotted wood...thankfully, ASI discounts pricing for added sheets. So overall, within a 3 week period at this time of year, we have a new roof, gutters with gutter guards, and improved 4 x 3 downspouts! Crews were ultimate professionals....the roofing crew stayed close to evening the first day, Wednesday, 11/20.24, with high winds, sleet and snow heading their way. Roof was protected with tarps and made water tight until they could finish Friday, 11/22/24. The gutter crew was working in evening darkness on Wednesday, Thanksgiving Eve and came back again early morning this past Black Friday and installed gutter guards in this freak arctic air cold snap! Dedicated professionals! 5 Stars for Ted Wagner, Michael in the office, and the roofing/gutter crews! Work was completed in the original estimated time-frame. House looks great and will drain rain water and melting snow worry-free!

My family's home in Orland Park was hit by a hail storm in May earlier this year. I was immediately bombarded with storm chasers knocking at my door and calling non stop, I did not see any damage but was selling my house and did decide to have an inspection. Based on the reviews and a friend on Facebook I choose ASI Construction and I called Scottie Burns he and his partner Chris were my go to for everything, I literally never once had to call Scottie for any updates or to see what was going on as I was kept up to date at least once a week. The installation was very quick and clean, and everything Scottie said would happen actually did. 5 Stars !

I was extremely happy with the service I received from ASI during the last hailstorm! Malachi was knowledgeable about every aspect of the project and helpful with the insurance company and before I knew it my roof and gutters were up and the whole area was clean. ASI kept me informed every step of the way and Malachi did an excellent follow up after every procedure to make sure everything was done correctly. Everyone was courteous and respectful!! I had heard horror stories about other roofers--but NOT ASI! Would recommend them to everyone!

I don't know where to begin. There are simply not enough words to describe how absolutely amazing ASI is and especially our project manager Malachi Parish. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Malachi kept in constant contact with us as the project moved forward. All we had to do was pick the color! Their roofers were very careful, clean and made sure everything was cleaned up upon finishing. This was the best decision we made by choosing ASI and we highly recommend them. We couldn't be happier with our new roof.

ASI construction did a fantastic job on my roof and gutters,which were damaged due to hail damage recently. Malachi met with my insurance agent from beginning to end,I had no problem get my claim settled. Malachi oversaw the roof and gutter repair. His workers did a fantastic job .The roof and gutters look great and their clean up of my surroundings were spotless. I strongly recommend ASI Construction if you are in need of repair.
