- Adjuster Appointment meeting (take at least (40) photos)
- After adjuster leaves make a test square on the north, south, east, and west slopes(or use the adjuster’s test squares) and find “12+” hail hits in each square
- TAKE PHOTOS!! Make sure to chalk and picture any missed storm damage (gutters, downspouts, fencing, A/C unit, window wraps,. You can never have too many photos!
- Let the customer know your intentions to get a reinspection and make a conference call to the insurance company to find out their steps on getting a reinspection granted.
- Take respective steps to get reinspection. Usually the insurance will require photos of any missed storm damage that we are requesting to be reinspected and an estimate as well. Typically the best photos to send will be of each test square, up close damage of the best hail hit of each test square, and soft metal / collateral damage photos.
