Internal Recruitment Compensation Plan

For every HIRED candidate – $500

COMPENSATION QUALIFIERS –

  1. Candidate must hold position for a minimum of (60) days
  2. Candidate must have a minimum of (3) signed contracts / jobs within (60) days
  3. Contract average must be at/over $12,500

  • Active driver’s license in good standing

  • Charismatic
  • Roofing / Construction Experience
  • Sales Experience
  • Currently drives truck (preferably) and / or presentable vehicle in Good Condition
