Internal Recruitment Compensation Plan
For every HIRED candidate – $500
COMPENSATION QUALIFIERS –
- Candidate must hold position for a minimum of (60) days
- Candidate must have a minimum of (3) signed contracts / jobs within (60) days
- Contract average must be at/over $12,500

- Self motivated
- Organized
- Communication Skills
- Active driver’s license in good standing

- Charismatic
- Roofing / Construction Experience
- Sales Experience
- Currently drives truck (preferably) and / or presentable vehicle in Good Condition
