We had a new roof, siding, and gutters installed almost 6 years ago through ASI. We’ve been extremely happy. Last week I noticed a piece of the vinyl siding was loose. After a severe hail storm, ASI repaired our roof. We recently had our siding and gutters replaced by ASI. This was our first time making an insurance claim, which I thought would be stressful, but Scottie and Chris were easy to work with, answered all our questions quickly, and just made the entire process easy.They never tried any pushy sales tactics. If you have any roofing, gutter, or siding issues, please note that I used ASI Construction in Burr Ridge, Illinois. They are incredibly responsive and perform great work. Additionally, ASI will assist with the claim process for your insurance company as well as paperwork needed if you are part of a Homeowner’s Association. ASI made the process very easy and alleviated any stress. They are also incredibly skillful and competent with regards to representing you and your damages when speaking to the Insurance Adjustors. We had hail damage and chose ASI. The process was very easy and Anthony helped us understand how it would flow, filed our claim met with the insurance co, the HOA and the village. Got all of our permits in place. I must say I had no idea the job would be as big and messy as it was but the crews did a fantastic job, worked thru two rainstorms on day 1 and 3 rains on day 2. Very Pleased! We recently had a hail storm hit my neighborhood, i was immediately bombarded with people knocking at my door. Teague was the guy who came and did my estimate and he was awesome. Didn’t sugar coat anything and even told me what I did and didn’t have to do. When the materials got dropped off I noticed it was the wrong color shingles I called asi someone called me back within 15 minutes and it was straightened out and the right shingles were at my house same day(day before install). My install was today and Teague showed up through out the day to check on progress and the roofing crew did an amazing job I am over the moon about how the roof turned out on top of that they were all super friendly. I highly highly highly recommend using asi if you are planning on having a roof or any exterior work done to your home

We recently had our siding replaced on our home and had the pleasure of working with Scottie & Chris. They both were extremely professional and incredibly responsive to any questions we had. Scottie communicated with our insurance company and did all of that dirty work to make the process incredibly easy and smooth for us. I'm not sure we've ever worked with someone so attentive & he gave us frequent updates to make sure we were in the loop on what was going on. The crew who replaced the siding did a great job, and worked really long days, finishing our job up quickly. Would definitely recommend ASI!

I would highly recommend ASI. From start to finish, Alex my project manager walked us through the whole process. Their team (project manager, insurance liaison, supply manager) came for the insurance inspection. They also got gutters and downspouts approved. The work was done quickly with no need for call backs. When a delay of the shingles we ordered was not immediately available, Alex called weekly to inform me of progress. All and all they made it easy and it looks great. Thanks ASI.

We needed to replace our roof after 2 hail storms. ASI was recommended to us by a friend. They were absolutely amazing. They made the replacement of our roof and gutters painless. Dan Artus walked us through every step of the way. He answered all our questions above and beyond what he needed to. He was patient when we took forever choosing a shingle color. The work actually replacing the roof and gutters was done quickly and cleaned up professionally. I am so glad we found them. I would highly recommend ASI for roofing and/or siding. We were contacted by several companies following a hail storm but went with ASI after a neighbor recommended them. Although we did not get a roof replacement approved by insurance, Scotty, Chris, and Dan went above and beyond on our behalf in navigating the entire insurance claim process. ASI did replace our entire siding and we even upgraded the builder-grade window trim and we are very happy with the results. The professionalism of the team and the quality of the work was excellent. Thanks again to Scotty, Chris, Dan, and the entire ASI team!

Had a leak on my roof this Sunday morning reached out to Scottie Burns from ASI construction who was recommended by my Aunt. On a Sunday, not oy did he text me back immediately( on a Sunday morning) he came out within 2 hrs . We filled a claim with him and his partners Chris. The best customer service i have ever experienced, tarp is set for tomorrow morning.
