I typically don't write many reviews but I wanted to say how great I was treated by everyone at ASI! I was initially skeptical of the insurance claim process but after reading reviews and speaking with my neighbors, I decided to give it a shot! I worked with Scottie Burns and his partner Chris and they were wonderful! Both were very patient with me, explained the process, helped pick the colors, walked me through the installation AND were even there to clean up at the end!!Me and my neighbors are all delighted with the results! We had a new roof, siding, and gutters installed almost 6 years ago through ASI. We’ve been extremely happy. Last week I noticed a piece of the vinyl siding was loose. I contacted customer service and ended up speaking with Michael. He was polite and professional. He followed up and set up an appointment with Drew. Drew was out today and promptly took care of the problem. Great customer service.

Wonderful customer service!My mother had ASI install a new roof and gutters on her home in Berwyn about 2 years ago, we were very happy with everything. I just found out my mother who is in her 70's called because she had leaves in her gutters, the Salesman Scottie Burns came out, cleaned them and would not take a penny! Beyond impressed !!!

After a severe hail storm, ASI repaired our roof. From our sales rep Anthony who came out to talk to us, show us our options, and deal with the insurance Company as well as all follow up, to the workmen who installed our new roof, we could not be happier. Your work and work ethic is not something you see often anymore, and at a time when you are dealing with a problem with your home like a roof, you want a company with knowledge and experience. We recently had our siding and gutters replaced by ASI. This was our first time making an insurance claim, which I thought would be stressful, but Scottie and Chris were easy to work with, answered all our questions quickly, and just made the entire process easy.They never tried any pushy sales tactics. They explained the differences in the materials and helped us make a decision on what was best for our situation and budget. Sometimes you just know when you've found the right people...we walked away from our initial appointment just knowing it was the right fit.We are getting so many compliments from neighbors - our 25 year old house looks brand new! The crews were all very nice and did a great job with clean up afterward. I would definitely use ASI again in the future.

I had the most amazing experience working with ASI. They helped me replace my roof after it was damaged by the recent hail storm. They worked with my insurance company and handled the entire claim for me. Before I knew it, I had a brand new roof on my home in less than 2 months. If you have any roofing, gutter, or siding issues, please note that I used ASI Construction in Burr Ridge, Illinois. They are incredibly responsive and perform great work. Additionally, ASI will assist with the claim process for your insurance company as well as paperwork needed if you are part of a Homeowner’s Association. ASI made the process very easy and alleviated any stress. They are also incredibly skillful and competent with regards to representing you and your damages when speaking to the Insurance Adjustors. In summary, I am very satisfied with their work and responsiveness. We had hail damage and chose ASI. The process was very easy and Anthony helped us understand how it would flow, filed our claim met with the insurance co, the HOA and the village. Got all of our permits in place. I must say I had no idea the job would be as big and messy as it was but the crews did a fantastic job, worked thru two rainstorms on day 1 and 3 rains on day 2. Everything turned out beautiful and the quality of work and clean up was exceptional.

Very Pleased! We recently had a hail storm hit my neighborhood, i was immediately bombarded with people knocking at my door. As a single woman it was extremely overwhelming and I personally didn’t see any damage, my neighbor recommended ASI Who they actually had worked for him before. I met Scottie and Chris , they used a drone, showed me exactly what hail damage looks like, I filed a claim and St. Farm came out, I was able to get my roof approved, the communication between Scottie and my St. farm was very transparent and actually it was a simple process. We owe Teague a big thank you for getting us through the process of replacing our roof and gutters. What was supposed to be covered by our insurance company to us paying, it was a nightmare. Unbelievable customer service, Teague was always available to answer our many questions. The workers are amazing from them covering everything with tarps to cleanup with a blower. Teague was the guy who came and did my estimate and he was awesome. Didn’t sugar coat anything and even told me what I did and didn’t have to do. When the materials got dropped off I noticed it was the wrong color shingles I called asi someone called me back within 15 minutes and it was straightened out and the right shingles were at my house same day(day before install). My install was today and Teague showed up through out the day to check on progress and the roofing crew did an amazing job I am over the moon about how the roof turned out on top of that they were all super friendly. I highly highly highly recommend using asi if you are planning on having a roof or any exterior work done to your home

We recently had our siding replaced on our home and had the pleasure of working with Scottie & Chris. They both were extremely professional and incredibly responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend ASI. From start to finish, Alex my project manager walked us through the whole process. Their team (project manager, insurance liaison, supply manager) came for the insurance inspection. They also got gutters and downspouts approved. The work was done quickly with no need for call backs. When a delay of the shingles we ordered was not immediately available, Alex called weekly to inform me of progress. All and all they made it easy and it looks great. Thanks ASI.

I would highly recommend ASI for roofing and/or siding. We were contacted by several companies following a hail storm but went with ASI after a neighbor recommended them. Although we did not get a roof replacement approved by insurance, Scotty, Chris, and Dan went above and beyond on our behalf in navigating the entire insurance claim process. ASI did replace our entire siding and we even upgraded the builder-grade window trim and we are very happy with the results. The professionalism of the team and the quality of the work was excellent. Had a leak on my roof this Sunday morning reached out to Scottie Burns from ASI construction who was recommended by my Aunt.
