Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us, ongoing promotions, and updates. Message and data rates may apply, subject to your mobile carrier’s plan. Standard messaging rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan. You are responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred as a result of receiving SMS messages from us.
3. Opt-Out & Unsubscribe
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time:
- Text STOP to any message you receive.
- After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe by providing explicit consent.
- Need help? Text HELP or contact us at (800) 509-4274 or Admin@ConstructionByASI.com to request removal from our SMS list.
4. Data Privacy & Security
At ASI Construction, we respect your privacy. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including your phone number, from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. 7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier restrictions, network failures, or technical issues beyond our control.
