Sales Representative (Sales Contractor) American Services Inc
Job Purpose:
The main purpose of the Sales Contractor at ASI Construction is to bring in new sales opportunities and ensure those opportunities are managed effectively. This is accomplished by canvassing within assigned storm damaged areas, developing sales pipelines, and mining sales opportunities for referrals. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, door to door sales, conducting roof and siding inspections, inputting all customer information into CRM (Acculynx), working directly with insurance carriers, managing customer expectations, presenting color and material selections, working directly with Supplement department, gathering applicable photos of job site, completing job paperwork, and picking up payments from customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Canvassing within assigned storm damaged areas
- Knock a minimum of (125) Doors/File (2-3) Claims daily
- Enter canvassing information into Hail Recon
- Log customer information in CRM (Acculynx)
- Canvass around all job sites and during AA meetings
- Complete “Daily Recaps” at the end of each day
- Performing Wind and Hail Damage assessments
- Review “Claim to Closure Process” and follow the steps in detailed fashion
- Entering ALL leads into CRM
- Take detailed notes on all customer interactions
- Ensure proper buckets are created within messages section of CRM

- Ensure canvassing customers are followed up with effectively and in a timely manner

- Picking up ALL payments from customer

- Ensure all insurance proceeds are picked up from customers including deductible payments
- Ensure ***MARKETING ALLOWANCE/WWDD CREDITS*** are accurate at the time of invoicing

- Taking photos with customers at job completion

- Get photos with customer in front of home at job completion
- Ensure photos are given to Marketing team to be promoted on all forms of social media

- Miscellaneous Job Tasks

- Material pick up and drop off to job site
- Meet directly with insurance adjuster
- Preform iTEL reports, gather estimates, and work directly with our Supplement department when applicable
- Allow new Sales Representatives to shadow canvassing for training purposes

- Communication skills, both with other teams members and ASI customers
- Being open and receptive to constructive sales coaching
- Ability to climb roofs safely
